Back on the Menu - A house favourite: Ginger Beets with chili, sesame, and honey. This dish is a contemporary play on Calgary's famous Silver Inn Ginger Beef from the 70's.
In the kitchen, Chef Chris Barton is readying our new menu, pulling inspiration from the history of the region and from the original inhabitant of the house, Captain Richard Burton Deane, who left clues to his culinary curiosity and reputation as an excellent host in his book, “Mounted Police Life in Canada.”
